It's not "good" if it falls short of forecasts unfortunately, and that's what happened to WBC so all banks get sold off in anticipation of all results falling short.
Flip side of this - any bank that surprises to the upside of forecasts will be a bolter, although I'm not sure if that will happen or which bank could do it.
