At present oil price of 47 i dont think any capital raising because at this level of oil OSH highly profitable-Big difference to STO who were being crushed by debt--Wednesday night when U-S inventories are released,we will have a much better idea.In the past 12 months USA petroleum use has gone up 5% also now is the building season in China, driving season in Europe---cheers
