The shambles he refers to is to provide some sort of justification for the boardroom trio which ousted J.Cannane from his role as CEO and Chairman in late 2004.
The court ruling in favour of Mr. Cannane does however indicate their actions were not warranted. Let's hope they cough up for their indisgressions, and get on with the job of running our company which is now into the sharpest period of coal volume growth in history.
