If there are 5000 holders (rounded) and 75% susbscribe (which is a huge % number based on past "in the money" issues) then that = 3750 subscriptions
If each send "on average $10K" then each shareholder will receive $4k worth of shares.
i.e $15m/3750 = $4000 each (on average)
Then from PLS perspective it will be 2.5x oversubscribed in $ terms ($37.5m sent/$15m available), so the company can gloat and each shareholder will receive a "fair" share.
So if you send $15k you will receive approx $6K worth of shares...Slightly more I believe as you will receive priority.
I have stated all along $6.5k per $15K subscription.
Simple, logical math based on facts.
Lets see who is correct.

Btw: Important Anecdotal point:
The $15m that will be raised from the SPP is only equivalent 70.1% of what Ricky Bobby got paid in the movie i.e $21.2m..
