no just more stalling tactics, doesnt cost anything with lots of upside if successful until the 30th when an extension will most likely be requested unless they get enough shares for a board seat then I think we will be in real trouble without an alternate offer or plan.
if they close the offer and sp. plummets what do you think the outcome would be, at 1/2cent I would quadruple my holding and I bet lots of others would as well so TODD cannot let this go , I think they will lose foothold in the pilbara
