i never assume anything . i make my decisions based solely on probability.
ps- you will never actually 'understand it' before you make your decision- at best you will have about 5% of the necessary input variables of the equation to success.
someone once said-if you ASSUME too much , all it does is make an ASS out of "U" and "ME'.
