A simple yet effective way to stick it up Todd is for all of us to ring their 1300 number listed in the correspondence and deliver your message.
The toll number is free for the caller, so instead of calling them once, each of us call them 50 or 100 times. They incur the toll cost. I'm sure you can think of something to say each time.
After all, they want us to call "on any matter".
At the moment, they don't matter...thats my first message.
