Reminds me of possibly the first 'rude' joke I ever heard ... and very daring at the time, believe me.


A young boy arrives late for school on the first dayvand the teacher asks him why.

"I've been on Primrose Hill, miss."

'Well sit down and don't be late again.'

A few minutes later another boy arrives late and tells the teacher, "Sorry I'm late miss. I've been on Primrose Hill."

"Sit down and don't be late to my class again."

Then a young girl turns up late and the teacher says, "And I suppose you've been on Primrose Hill, too?"

'No miss, I am Primrose Hill."
