At the post AGM presentations SP clearly stated 30mmbls recoverable from each of Mputa and Waraga. He was confidently stating this and also absolutely clear he was talking recoverable not oil in place - in fact he confirmed that to my direct question. HDR have more info since then which if anything should have improved confidence in the range of recoverable reserves.

So less than at least 60mmbls in the quarterly report suggests to me that SP was embellishing the AGM 'story' ie. wasn't telling the truth, or for some reason is unduly understating reserves this time around for who knows what purpose.
