FAR management will be very aware of the implications and timing of a consolidation and the money raised recently was from investors who will also be very aware, to say Management aren't aware or are not serious about the issue is complete nonsense...

As for shares on offer BHP has 3.2 Bil shares on offer and its share price has halved in the last two years on the other hand we have considerably added to our shares on offer over the same period of time but our Share price has doubled....

In a nutshell shares on offer mean diddly squat, the MC stays the same and percieved value drives the share price, in this case investors have seen more value in FAR over that period... BHP may not have day traders so much but does have traders and shorters and like FAR lives in the real world .

All Companies can be pushed around short term but if there is value it eventually gets realised. Consolidation will almost certainly happen and it will be done in whats considered to be the best time to do it IMO which like most things is common sense.

SNE 4 will likely be used in the interference testing program by leaving listening devices but according to Phillip, SNE 5 ( assuming its drilled) will be the transmitting well...all uncertain untill they decide the fate of the next two optional wells...
