any opinions on tap oil

Hi guys

I bought a small parcel of shares in TAP about a month or so ago, after doing some research in a few small to mid cap oilers, i thought TAP was the best of what i found on offer. got a broker report on it, suggestion was a good buy in the 1.80 range, but a sell around 2.20.

seems to have tanked .. any opinions re its technicals and fundamentals? any have any opinion re oil price?
