Cheers for the reply Fats, ok this is good to know. So then, if the patent sits with Tata Steel, which it most likely does, does that mean that they can use the patent info if he leaves the company? ie: Have another scientist duplicate the research/results. As you said, it's intellectual property protection, so how does it work? Is it a case of anyone concerned with the original creation of the patent having use of it? So if you have 4 workers and a company, all 5 "entities" have the ability to use the information as they see fit?
