Personally, the SENIOR debt refinance is nowhere near the top of my list. Once again. It's a 3 year facility, that is reviewed every 6 months. So we had a "restructure" in Jan already. And can expect another soon.
What I like is the cash position clearly shows that they can meet that June payment.
We then have six more months earnings before anything else is due which should be about $5m cash. So it's looking good.
If they can wipe out or refinance that vendor debt by October then things are looking fantastic on an EV/EBITDA peer comparison, as if they don't already...
