QBE Charts show ; Any close over $11.50 = Major Breakout. off the Bottom
Any close over 11.50 ..may start a move up into..a new Uptrend...possibly to test old Tops of Dec 31 ..at $12.59
QBE 2016 Revenues and EPS are improving and moving up over 2015 results
..so I expect the Sp to follow it up too .. into 2017 .
