yes, an interesting situation. l figure that Mulpha will need to offer over $1 to get anything, but the stock may be too tightly held.

with NTA of 1.33 you would expect any t/o to be at least NTA value, but l would at least expect $1.15.

if another buyer comes along it could get really interesting, if Mulpha walks away it could fizzle.

l hold with interest.....
