The fundamentals of this are looking good. KC says that the news flow over the next 6 months will be sustained, which is important to raise confidence in the stock, given its comparative rating. I expect the big re ratings to come from drill results, choosing (and costing) the preferred processing method(s), getting a financial partner on board, finalising the PFS, progressing through the key mining permit phases with the Czechs and of course getting MOU's in place for supply agreements.

On the macro side the penetration of EV's and investments by majors in Li battery technology will be key. With the announced investments by VW, Ford, Daimler, Tesla, Merc & BMW in EV's the tipping point seems to have arrived. The numbers are big: VW alone as committed 4.5Bn euros. Not to mention govt investments such as the German 4000 euro per EV subsidy and commitment to infrastructure. In a recent video KC said BMW has committed that ALL of its new vehicles will be electric by 2025. Then there is stationary storage at both domestic and network level.

This is still an early stage investment. Our company has to jump through a number of hoops before it earns a dollar. It only has one asset and the resource is unconventional. I am grateful these factors have kept the price down so far. Watch what happens as the boxes are ticked and confidence builds.
