'Almost all holders'... I have always been very upfront about my investment, holdings, and sentiment Stocks (and my average is 1.76c - I got in too high with my first and largest parcel and have managed to drop the average a little). I agree wholly that IoT is the future and Gridcomm is a smart LT play. The SP may initially spike after the deal is completed, but unless it is over 4c (equivalent) I won't sell.
Think about this though; Gridcomm have been busy bees in the information we received a couple of months ago with endeavours in Indonesia, Russia, Israel, etc... but have been awfully quiet during this more recent phase of the deal. IMO once things are finalised (probably after re-listing) we will receive a flurry of possibly large announcements which will show an increase in overall company revenue and value and the SP will rise accordingly (I have nothing to base this on - only gut instinct, and all IMO).
