Pretty good summary by this guy/gal. Just regarding competition and the sustainability of earnings.
In light of the credit rating he makes an interesting point about the credit rating and Woolworths plans to "invest" in low prices and its stores...
Doesnt look to be making a valuation estimate but basically said he would not be investing
