The agent advises me that interest has been around the $7.5m, I would have thought it was worth a little bit more than that, for those not aware that area of South Melbourne is experiencing a change in zoning from Industrial to Residential.
Land and Buildings were in the 2015 annual report at $6.147m, valued at market.
