Close working relationship TNG with SMS could mean that TNG, if they choose to do so :
- develop considerable in house expertise
- on the process & design of TIVAN
- in engineering, construction management
- develop systems, processes & procedures to manage & operate major projects

Partnering with SMS will also help minimize any missteps or cost over-runs that could eventuate were TNG to attempt to do this on their own. Applying lessons that others have learned the hard way.

Developing TNG in house capabilities in multiple areas, which, looking outside of Mt Peake, will pay off big time if any of the other NT tenements are ever to be developed.

I'm not an expert, but I'm seeing what looks like an explorer taking the necessary steps to become a major commodity producer.
