    I'll let investors decide where we are at in the "life cycle". What steps you should be taking are simple and based on whether a). You believe the project will happen b). You have serious doubts or c). You're unsure, sitting on the fence.

    Questioning this and coming up with an answer will dictate whether you should be accumulating and/or holding tight, selling out altogether  or reducing your exposure to a more comfortable level.
