Previously it has always been pure speculation that with SMS hanging around the German EXIM might consider funding.. this is the first time they are officially mentioned as a financing partner?

The meet up between TNG, SMS and Adam Gile is also massively significant. Won't handover taxpayers' money in the first instance but definitely in due course.

Still trying to understand what the chinese are thinking though, no doubt that they are dumping They could be just slightly more patient, free ride and reap the rewards from what the koreans and germans are doing, but they chose not too.
