Thanks Mick for sharing the very recent article on BFC's milk production aiming to export to China, with coverage of cheese products selling south east Asia.
I like what Roger says “We don’t just want to take what’s here and create a market for it. We want to assess the needs and demand and value-add to our products to fit that demand,” and “We have discovered opportunities we didn’t envisage when we started.”
So management is making sure they're not only doing commodities but value-added customer-tailored products which I would view as promising.
