Paul100, I can handle your patronising and snide remarks, and your perpetual putting words in people's mouth approach and even gratutious advice about what I can do with my shares. I could respond and suggest what you should do with your shares. But discretion is the better part of valour.

I have already said much longer ago, I think we need a new MD and a new Chairman. I said BJ should take the role as Non-Executive Chairman and we need a NEW MD, not a promotion from within.

I also did not suggest any sacking whatsoever. You just want to think that because your mind is totally fixated on attack being the best form of defence.

So the change technically, we need a new much more WIDELY experience metallurgist.

PGI also needs an ABC Australian Born Chinese) wih industrial, engineering and commercial skill, not some random Chinese speaker, to sit in every meeting with the Chinese. They sit, say nothing, and take notes in English.

Here is the insurmaountable Herculean task for you to figure out. Why?

I hope you begin to see that PGI is as short on imagination as you are. PGI is going to need much more than simple competant doers if they are going to get through what needs to be done.

So, as the gold output is increasing, we need and pay for a decent stragist with skill, not some bean-counter.

If you go back and see the plan, you will see clowns won't trash the joint, as Chairman BJ won't allow it. All the other recommendations strengthen and broaden the talent rather than a cosy group of limited like-minded thinkers.
