I have to assume this is for good reason, I've been reading a bit online to find out more about the system, it looks good. Let's face it, the main shareholders sit on the board. They have just as much to lose, if not more if this goes South. I am just happy if something happens as I have held shares for years and it's never done anything. Sometimes a change in direction is a good thing.
