I've copied it in for you above to have a read and highlighted some important sections for CMY.
CMY will struggle if the ASX do go ahead with the proposals from 31 July. I really do hope for the best for you and CMY but I suggest reading the AFR article which is more detailed. Selling at .3 before it goes to .2 isn't a bad call.If you want to stick around for another 6 months, followed by a capital raise, dilution then following consolidation then go ahead.
