Actually spoke to Shane today and was basically dismissed. Told me everything was already out in the market and he didn't appreciate being "harassed" (actual words).
He intimated also that if I didn't understand the business model then maybe I shouldn't invest if it was beyond me. Actually gob smacked with the call. He called back and apologised but still floored by it all.
