If Lucapa purchased this drill rig on the 15th of December, 2015 (
Maiden Diamond Resource) when it was announced to shareholders.
Today is 6th of May, thats 5 months in 7 days. So we are now looking at 5 - 6 months to get work visa's.
Lucapa / Lohnro has been in Angola for 8+ years. After that long in the country, I would hope that Lucapa has a good relationship with the government.
Do you find it slightly concerning the time it takes for the government to process paperwork, at the expense of Lucapa.
