I agree Cocoman,

Very likely setting the stage for the pending CR, with higher SP.

They will also likely waste what otherwise would be great announcements, re: new apps release and possible future revenue generation, from telecom deals to get the price up as much as they can before watering down.

At current SP / MC the max they can raise without share holder approval wont cut it,
so I guess they will do a belated rights issue this time for at least a substantial part of the CR.

I would like to see 15-20m in the bank so we don't have to worry about yet another CR every few months.

Had they done a rights issue last time they could have raised a fortune from true believers @ an SP of 16c, from people who only saw upside at the time.

The institutional who convinced them to go that rout really creamed it in the last CR as well as destroying faith with actual investors.

Big mistake doing an institutional CR last time, they had a free ride to sell down to .8c form .16c and make money.

I have been cautiously buying and selling lately on predicted news and seeming insider buying trends.

I jumped out with the last report and wont be back in unless there is a good deal of money in the bank, as well as some un announced upside.

I may just hold a few shares in case I want to apply for short fall.

On the other hand there could be substantial revenue deals from telco's and we are seeing insider trading, but with the bank balance so depleted its pure lotto right now IMO.

I also don't like the fact there tends to be substantial and blatant pre announcement buying and selling that predicts the announcement yet to come, which creams a lot of the profit or drops the price pre announcement.

Were the bank balance not so low I would buy on the buying after watching past insider buy and sell trends, pre news.

My sentiment says sell, but if I were holding, had the cash and thought there was going to be a rights issue it might have been hold.
