Fancypants, I've spoken with Richard Karn a number of times and find him both forthcoming and very easy to talk with.
As a JRV shareholder, you should have received the SDI letter with Mr. Karn's phone number (0403782883) and email address ([email protected]).
Instead of posting misleading questions or casting aspersions on man you have never met, why don't you just ask him directly?
Then, as an unbiased JRV investor, you could report back to us all.
I would point out, however, that I have never heard of a specialty metal off-take agreement being signed without the end-user being able to evaluate a sample of the product to confirm it meets their specifications.

If Pursell is refusing to provide SDI with a sample of their scandium oxide product, how can Mr. Karn advance the off-take agreement?
