i have no doubt of the quality of eps. i guess institutions can pay greater $ price, hence lower yield, us retails cant
dividend will take ~2.5 years to get to 5 percent. 2.5 years is a long time.
currently 4% yield, is about 25x p/e ratio on adjusted DPS. Its growth ratio is ~10%, so its PEG is 2.5X, a very rich multiple.
yep VIT should be ok. its p/e ratio isnt expensive at these levels.
