Take from it what you will but today's'reminder that the rights issue closes today has been the only notice they have got out on time the whole time they have been in suspension.
Plus I think some holders took it as an ominous sign that SB refused to answer whether they were in fact taking up their rights. Being the mover and shaker that they are it would not surprise me in the least to learn that this had a cascading effect on take up.
