You are right cate88, Rosane Pty Ltd is held by Robert Wilmot Creasy, who is Mark Creasy's brother. He became a substantial holder on the 18th of November 2014 and he excercised about 27million options on the 29th of march 2016. He currently holds about 57million shares. It is fair to assume Mark had a hand in getting him on board.
