Depends on how much you are in for. Any dilution will just add to potential losses for those holding above that figure.
On the other hand if your holding well below by taking advantage of the recent ridiculously low pricing you would be happy to go through the two dollars any time.
It,s a matter of perspective.
Whatever you say about previous and some current board members, and i have some personal experience which is not flattering, they had/still have considerable stock and have seen that value decimated. Some in the millions. So at least "they reap what they sow"
