Another year or so of downs as it works through the oversupply and population growth absorbs. Then unless there is another resources sector boom, or something to drive strong pop growth there will likely be marginal growth. I think the big discounts are about the hit perth in the second or third quarter of this year.
Landlords have had vacant properties for weeks if not months now, listing stock continues to rise as dwellings get completed. Rents continue to fall and I'm sure it's starting to hurt them, but more hurt to come and so will be reflected in values. I'm starting to see some reasonable asking prices again for some investor 1st HB product.
