a 6 mill sell stack In the oppies today were trying to force some selling before a spike. But you just have to go back to basics.
Why am I in this, who is running this company when it is finalised, who is taking the placement funding and
at what price, what is the market like for their product , is there stability with regards to the share price ,
Etc. etc.? You should be totally content with all these questions if you have been holding for a while.
Panicky posts are disapointing because they suggest that some here are following others and not doing their
own evaluation. This type of investing is about
1 . Picking a good set up
2. Picking good management
3. Picking a sector which is hot and attracts $$$
4. Picking a business that is potentially disruptive.
5. Picking a co. that is not overpriced
6. Having the conviction to see the investment through to a certain stage
7. Having patience to allow things to develop
8. Having realistic expectations, understanding the circumstances
9. Being productive and realistic with your assessment of the circumstances
10. Being a mature investor, and knowing when to do nothing in order to maximise potential profit.
If you believe you are onto a good investment, then do nothing.
