$382K base salary + $200K "reasonable performance" bonus (the description of which reads like the normal job description..... so it's a bonus for just doing the job !!) + $200K "out performance" bonus (being discretionary not quantifiable makes it past the post already) + options valued on the Black & Scholespricing methodology of around $230K.
That's in excess of $1m pa to run a co where a lot of the really hard yards have already been done but still has a market cap of just $67m & is yet to turn a profit
Anyone got a handle on his prior acheivements to warrant this package ?
