I haven't read the article and am not sure what the source of their information/opinion is. If it is the half yearly report, I don't see anything there which should raise any concern. Margins will fluctuate with ag products but, in this case, I don't see any sign of a deterioration in margins. In fact it looks to me as though they have improved. EPS are up 50% compared to pcp. NPAT also up substantially.
There's nothing wrong with (modest) debt to strengthen the supply chain through acquisitions and fund increases in inventory to meet the demands of growing market. The main threats to growth are supply side & weather related events. The company seems to be very focused on strengthening/diversifying its supply chain. Someone taking profits on Friday perhaps, and who could blame them after such a run up. I was a buyer on Friday. GLTOH
