Not sure if I follow your reasoning. Low interst rates reflect a poor economy and hence lower property prices. Low interest rates perse independent of other factors tend to inflate property markets.
Maybe I misunderstood your premise. Anyway i agree gold is the place to be and will outperform others sectors.
