The board stated that the 1.3c was below 2015 valuation of 65-90 mil.
So Todd lobs offer of 75m or 2.5c.
I go with the view;
Don’t sell
Another offer will be made
OCJ is still at a loss
Todd wast FMS don’t know what to pay and don’t want to over pay.
This offer of 2.5c is still way below original OA offer.
