I would say at the the moment that the current SP might not be a true reflection of the announcement, only because it was released with only 3hrs of trading in the day left and I doubt it is a top priority for many people.
Also the SP has not moved high or low outside of the recent weeks in trading....
But I still state that I doubt this will have any considerable effect at all
