. What if the telco partner is to receive X amount of shares from company on agreed date (ie management escrowed shares June 16th?) In return they will provide marketing campaign for Airpocket and 11% gross on transfers. (this would limit cash burn over coming quarter reducing the need for a CR)
The Rio Olympics begin 5th August what a better time leading up to launch of games to promote Airpocket with the number of foreign tourists in South America. Can you imagine a major telco promoting a secure, low cost alternative to Western Union ect during Olympics massive

I think May was always going to be a slow month leading up to next quarter Redchip was just a smart move by management to find new shareholders, in order to limit downward pressure on SP. Which it has achieved SP would be around 0.12 if they hadn't money well spent IMO.
