To have a placement at the very bottom is bad enough, to then release price sensitive information onto the market which pushes the SP up after the placement makes the situation even worse. For management not to figure that Paterson security participates wouldn't then sell into the SP rise for a potential quick 50% profit, strikes me as being slightly naïve. There goes any momentum CAS may have had with it's SP, lol.
