yes, if you think the stock is a winner you only invest in VRCO
yes, if the share price falls, you get smashed and your VRCO may become worthless & expire worthless
for example, if you buy VRC today at 5 cents and VRCO at 3 cents and the share price returns to 3 cents, you will lose 40% on your VRC but lose 67% on your VRCO
if the share price falls to 2 cents, you lose 60% on VRC but lose 100% on VRCO
