"Westpac has nothing" Please refer to the ASX announcement on 23/3/06 and I think you will find that Westpac has a very significant association with CIY to the tune of $200m. Westpac says in the announcement that they are "pleased to be partnering CIY....etc ..delighted to have completed" CIY is a very strong growing company in the ASX 200 with $5b+ funds under advice or management. The property deals they are involved in are high quality - refer Martha Cove (very profitable) - Townsville waterfront development - partnering with very reputable partners with support of Qld Govt (refer ASX ann. 4/7/06) - developing a high quality retirement complex on Broadwater Gold Coast with partner -the company has quite a broad base and a visit to their website is quite enlightening
