the problem with reporting change in holderships is its so grey... SOC is a bad example of where major hoders sold much more that the required amount that would change holdings reportable -to profit...its a long saga i cant be bothered to go into...those rules mean nothing...much like ASICs bite....there is something going on here...sneaky share transfers only obvious if u watch it close enough...mushrooms as we here in the HC world we have to wait to see...GLTH
