Appropriate reward? Like management or corporate ASX in general? There are always plenty of willing hands out to help shareholders part with their hard earned.

Noting AO has said he's not interested, I seem to see a few touts on his behalf in this regard. Fair enough, he's obviously knowledgeable. However why no suggestion of buying up a large parcel and getting the reward from working with fellow shareholders to multiply the value?

The failure to demand alignment with shareholder interests is how we end up with management and boards like FMS. This is a general comment about what I perceive to be a common disease in our public companies.
