Are you really prepared to except just 5c every year?
Growth and profit will be the driving force behind the increase of the sp it will be a lot more than 5c per year, and no one can hold the sp that low for years.

You must of seen the video where Dr Sexton said he wants to grow BFC to a Billion dollar company over the next 4 to 5 years, that's a sp of $2.76. that is massive amount shares in P/ Fees. the P/Fees will dilute the sp every year.

Oh and by the way I can confirm that the P/Fees are every year EVERY YEAR and there is NO cap on the amount of shares that can be issued.

You must remember the P/Fees are based on market cap each year NOT on the amount the sp goes up by each year.

But the only bright side I can see is that they will pay out 65 to 85% of cash at hand in dividends.
