If (big if) M&G improves battery life, charging speed, etc... Would we see
1. A license agreement
2. A friendly takeover or
3. A hostile takeover?
With a MC of ~$50 million surely there is scope in this market to pay double, triple... that if profits will be potentially billions per year.
Personally I don't see no 1 happening, ESP if ado refuse to give exclusivity which leads me to believe ADO will be taken over at some stage by a much larger co.
We may be months or longer away from this occurring but once a company decides the glue can do what they say it can do, I presume they will want to actively take it away from their competitors?
I understand how the sp got to where it is. I'm curious if there would be any signs of a takeover quietly occurring in the background or is there just too many shares locked up in safe hands for someone to quietly accumulate enough to make a bid?
In addition I really would like cook to sign an agreement soon to take the MC back over $100m which I think is fair value for the IP.
