• Intends to conduct an equity raising via a placement to investors to raise approximately $30 million
• Equity raising to raise up to approximately $66.8 million
• Placement for an accelerated 1 for 10 non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $36.8 million
• Proceeds will be applied principally to provide additional capital for ongoing co-investment in funds
